Benchmarking Workshop #2

The Portland and South Portland Sustainability Offices are hosting two online workshops to teach property owners how to comply with the Cities’ respective energy benchmarking ordinances. In this workshop, property owners will learn how to input energy and water usage data into ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager and how to submit their annual report to the Sustainability Offices. This is a great opportunity for property owners to ask questions of Sustainability Office staff.
Who needs to report 2021 benchmarking data by May 02, 2022?
Portland Building Owners: Single occupant buildings with 20,000 square feet or more of gross floor area
South Portland Building Owners: Non-residential buildings with 20,000 square feet or more of gross floor area
