One Climate Future Events:
Join us Friday, April 8th from 9am – 10am for this month’s Coffee & Climate on small motor electric equipment! This month we will be joined by Keith “Tater” Forest, Portland’s Parks and Rec department, who will talk about how municipalities can transition parks maintenance equipment, such as mowers, blowers, and trimmers, to modern electric alternatives. You may have seen Tater’s energetic and playful Tater Reports on the Portland Parks and Rec social media, but if you haven’t yet had the pleasure, check out Tater’s recent television debut on News Center Maine.
Sign up for this Zoom get-together through Eventbrite, and make sure to write down the Zoom link which is posted on the Eventbrite page.
Coffee and Climate is a monthly virtual office hours hosted by the One Climate Future team. This event occurs on the second Friday of each month and provides a regular time for community members to meet with the Portland and South Portland Sustainability Offices.
