Coffee & Climate: Walk the Working Waterfront

On June 8th, the One Climate Future team was out at Walk the Working Waterfront, an annual event that proudly celebrates the people, businesses, and infrastructure that comprise the heart of Casco Bay’s ocean economy. The event is a self-guided walking tour that encourages visitors to explore the piers and wharves of Commercial Street, engage with the marine community, and learn more about our unique and resilient waterfront. Our OCF team spent the day talking to folks about our Cities’ efforts to update land use policies with coastal resilience and sustainability in mind.
