Coffee & Climate: Ash Protection Collaboration Across Wabanakik

On Friday, January 24th, 2025, the One Climate Future Team was joined by John Daigle, Professor of Forest Recreation Management at the University of Maine and Director of APCAW, and research members Tyler Everett and Ella McDonald. Together we discussed ash trees, the spread of the invasive emerald ash borer, and the considerable effect this pest will have on ecosystems and traditions in our Northeastern forests.
